Top 25 Cruise Lines 2012-2013
Each cruise line studied received a total score based on five health, safety, prevention, response and customer service criteria within all cruise ships they had sailing in and out of an United States port. The total score was then divided by the number of ships the line had in the study, resulting in a final average score for the cruise line as a whole. This put all cruise lines, large and small, public and private, old and new on a equal playing field for our study purposes. Individual ships were ranked and their scores were attributed to the cruise line.
